The TLOK-S series is a patented dual-interlock quick coupling specially engineered for liquid cooling main loop pipelines, combining Storz coupling structure and built-in ball valve as one integrated unit. Equipped with exclusive internal interlocking mechanism, this coupling realizes fast connection & disconnection, multi-layer error-proof protection, and ultra-low residual fluid spillage during separation. It is widely adopted in large-scale data center liquid cooling systems, industrial cooling circuits and fluid transfer pipelines, delivering maximum operation safety and system efficiency for global cooling projects.

The ball valve and quick connector are perfectly integrated as a single assembly, supporting instant connect and disconnect. The dual interlock structure eliminates misoperation risks fundamentally.
No male/female distinction for universal matching. After full connection, two handles align in a straight horizontal line on the same plane, allowing users to visually confirm successful docking at a glance. It only requires tiny space for comfortable one-hand operation.
Two coupling halves are mechanically interlocked: the built-in ball valve can only be opened when the two parts are fully locked together. Before disconnection, both side valves must be fully shut off automatically, effectively preventing coolant leakage and accidental fluid spraying.
Each handle is fitted with a dedicated locking push button to avoid accidental opening/closing during transportation or pipeline vibration.
The rubber protective sleeve on the coupling head prevents collision damage during installation and maintenance. Multiple color options are available to mark different coolant media and avoid cross-connection mistakes.
The rear connection end supports thread, chuck or tailpipe options with full 360-degree rotation function. Operators can freely adjust installation angles to reduce hose twisting and extend hose service life.
Standard sizes cover 1", 2", 3", 4". Custom large bore versions including DN50 (2-inch) are available to satisfy high-flow liquid cooling main loop demands.
Stainless steel body and EPDM seal are standard; alternative body and seal materials can be customized to match special fluid, temperature and pressure working conditions.
Mechanically compatible with most mainstream brands of Storz liquid cooling couplings on the market, easy for project replacement and retrofitting.
External actuators can be mounted on the valve handles to realize remote on-off control for automated liquid cooling systems.
