KATELI corrosive goods tank semi‑trailer is specially developed for transportation of Class 8 hazardous corrosive chemicals in Vietnam’s chemical and mining industry. It is ideal for hauling sulfuric acid and other strong acid media, complying with Southeast Asian cross‑border dangerous goods transport standards and Vietnam domestic road regulations.
The tank body is constructed of high‑quality carbon steel, lined with 16–20mm LLDPE (7042) to achieve excellent resistance against strong acid corrosion. Two manholes are arranged on the tank top equipped with vacuum pressure relief valves. A DN100 stainless steel PTFE‑lined pneumatic emergency shut‑off valve with voice alarm system is installed for enhanced safety.
Rear gravity discharge adopts steel plastic lined pipeline, fitted with DN80 PTFE ball valve, full plastic discharge outlet and closed plastic discharge box. Standard accessories include anti‑corrosion discharge hoses, retractable safety guardrail, rear access ladder and fire extinguishers.
Heavy‑duty multi‑axle design with reinforced suspension adapts to national highways and rough mine roads across Vietnam. Vietnamese hazard warning labels and signs can be customized upon request.
Chemical transfer pump, customized lining thickness, various valves, manhole covers, breather valves, safety valves, 5 km remote emergency cut‑off system.
