KATELI 16–20mm LLDPE Lined Corrosive Goods Tank Semi-Trailer with DN100 Stainless Steel PTFE-Lined Pneumatic Valve and 4-Axle Reinforced Chassis

KATELI corrosive goods tank semi-trailer is developed for transporting Class 8 hazardous corrosive chemicals in mines and chemical projects of DR Congo, mainly used for hauling sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄) and other strong acid media. It is built to cope with rough unpaved African roads and meets international cross-border dangerous goods transportation requirements.

The tank is fabricated from Q235 carbon steel and lined with 16–20mm LLDPE 7042, providing outstanding resistance against strong acid corrosion and long service life. Two manholes with vacuum pressure relief valves are installed on tank top. A DN100 stainless steel PTFE-lined pneumatic emergency shut-off valve together with voice alarm system is equipped for safety monitoring.

Rear gravity discharge system adopts steel lined plastic pipeline, fitted with DN80 PTFE ball valve, full plastic discharge outlet and closed plastic discharge box. Standard equipment includes anti-corrosion discharge hoses, retractable safety guardrail, top safety railing, rear ladder and fire extinguishers.

Heavy-duty 4-axle reinforced semi-trailer chassis with strengthened suspension delivers stable load capacity, perfectly suitable for bumpy mine roads in DR Congo. Customizable warning labels in English, French or Russian, complete set of export documents available.
