Manufacturing Process of PTFE Lining

  1. Tank Pre-treatment: Steel surfaces undergo sandblasting to remove rust and contaminants, creating a clean, smooth substrate.
  2. PTFE Sheet Inspection: Each sheet undergoes electrical spark detection testing to verify absence of pinholes and defects.
  3. Precision Fitting and Welding: Thermal press lap welding or manual welding techniques achieve weld strength coefficients exceeding standard requirements, preventing delamination and cracking during long-term use.
  4. Multiple Quality Inspections: Post-welding electrical spark leak detection followed by hydrostatic testing ensures no bulges, leaks, or imperfections.
